Dekeling Registration Policy
Dekeling’s Ongoing Events are open to all and do not require registration. Dekeling’s Special Events require registration so that we can send class materials and recordings to participants.
Please pay the event tuition if you are at all able. The teachings are freely offered, but offering programs involve numerous costs. If you are not able to pay the requested class tuition, please send a request to info@dekeling.community.
Donations above and beyond the tuition rate are also appreciated. Donations can always be made from the homepage https://dekeling.community.
Dekeling Cancellation Policy (for Retreats and Other Off-Site Events)
Circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event for which you registered. In order to offer the space to others and to cover the direct costs that Dekeling incurs at the event site, we have adopted the following cancellation policy:
100% refund for cancellation 42+ days before the start of the event.
80% refund for cancellation 15-41 days before the start of the event.
0% refund for cancellation 1-14 days before the start of the event.
If you need to cancel your registration for an event, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@dekeling.community. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and issue the refund, in accordance with the policy above.
