Three evening classes led by George Draffan
March 6, March 20, and April 3
Online by Zoom
The Four Reminders are classic Buddhist contemplative practices that turn the mind to the Dharma. They include appreciation for our precious human opportunity, the truth of impermanence, the inevitability of the results of our actions, and the futility of samsara. In the beginning, the Four Reminders lead us to turn away from the causes of dissatisfaction. In the middle, they lead to insights into four laws of nature. In the end, they release us from the confusion and clinging that create suffering for ourselves and others.
Meets from 6:30-8:30 PM on March 6, March 20, and April 3.
Open to all. Those who are registered for the Buddhist Practitioners Program do NOT need to register for these Four Reminders classes; they are included in the BPP.
