Lhatong (vipashyana) is one of the stages of meditation taught at Dekeling in the Shamatha – Vipashyana – Mahamudra sequence.
This Practice and Study course will take place on four Wednesday evenings: April 3, 10, 17, 24 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM Pacific Time
Topics explored will include stability and concentration, mindfulness and awareness, how to see the reactive patterns that create suffering, how to work with disturbing thoughts and emotions, and how to carry stability and clarity into daily life activities.
The evening series will be followed by a day-long practice on June 1 which will be both in-person in Portland and streamed.
