Lovingkindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity are essential practices at all levels of experience, clearing away habitual self-centered illusions so we can live in the reality of interdependence. This four-class series will explore the experience and cultivation of these with practice, discussion, and homework.
Meets from 6:30 to 8:30 PM on May 1, May 15, May 29, June 12. Open to all. Those who are registered for the Buddhist Practitioners Program do NOT need to register for these classes; they are included in the BPP.
Note: there will be a separate Daylong Four Immeasurables on May 17, online and in-person in Portland. Register for the May 17 daylong here.
