Shamatha Half-day Group Sit

Doing a slightly longer meditation session from time to time will help extend your skill set and is beneficial in many ways. If you have done Buddhist meditation elsewhere, attended the Sanity Sits or Monday evenings, you are doing ‘calm abiding meditation,’ or something close. If you have not done calm abiding meditation, it’s OK, just come and learn it.
You’ll need a copy of the session prayers, so I have attached it here in PDF form. If you’re not able to join us for the whole time, come for as long as you are able.
